A real street address in Twentynine Palms — not a PO Box

$25 a month, or $180 for the year. Your USPS Form 1583 gets witnessed here at the front desk, so there is no notary appointment to book.

Monthly — $25 Annual — $180

What you get

  • A commercial street address at 6259 Adobe Rd, Twentynine Palms, California — with your own unit designation.
  • Mail and packages from every carrier. Not just USPS. A PO Box cannot do this.
  • Form 1583 witnessed at the front desk. Most mailbox services send you to find a notary. We handle it when you sign up.
  • In-person pickup during open hours. You collect your mail here.

Who this works for

This is a local service. You pick up your mail in person during open hours — there is no scanning or forwarding.

That makes it a good fit if you live or work in the Morongo Basin and want your business mail somewhere other than your house. It is not a fit if you need mail handled remotely from another state or country.

Worth being clear about up front, because a lot of virtual mailbox services are built for remote operators and this one is not.

What to confirm before you rely on it

A business mailing address is not the same thing as a registered agent, and it is not legal, tax, banking, or licensing advice.

Whether any address is acceptable for a particular purpose — a state filing, a bank account application, a professional license — is determined by the organization receiving it, and those requirements vary. Check with them directly, or with a qualified advisor, before relying on any address for a specific filing or account.

Common questions

Do I need to come in to set up?

Yes. Form 1583 gets witnessed at the front desk, which is what saves you the notary appointment. Bring two forms of ID — one government-issued photo ID, and a second that verifies your current address.

Can you forward or scan my mail?

No. Pickup is in person during open hours.

Is this the same as a registered agent?

No. A registered agent receives legal and state correspondence under specific state rules. These are different services and some businesses use both.

Can I work here too?

Yes — separately. Day passes are $35, a week pass is $150, and the comparison is here. Conference room time books by the hour or the day.
